Build Your Brand on Existing Product Platforms

OEM is designed for customers who want to develop branded hair styling products using existing molds.
You can select suitable hair dryers, straighteners, or curlers from existing product platforms and customize selected elements such as logo, packaging, voltage, plug type, and cord color. This route avoids new mold development and provides a more direct path from product selection to sampling and production.
From Existing Product to Branded Production, OEM development follows a straightforward process built around products that already have existing molds and proven product platforms.
Choose from our existing catalog of hair dryers, straighteners, or curlers (existing molds, proven performance).
Tell us your requirements:
1. Logo printing / laser engraving
2. Packaging design (color box, manual, sticker)
3. Voltage, plug type, cord color (optional)
Samples are produced using the existing product mold. According to the OEM process document, the sample stage typically takes approximately 1–2 weeks. This allows you to review the customized product before confirming the production order.
Evaluate the sample for:
Function/Safety/Appearance
Minor revisions can be discussed during this stage before the final sample is approved.
After sample confirmation, the project moves into order preparation.
The OEM document specifies: 30% Deposit
and a typical MOQ of: 500–1,000 pcs
depending on the project requirements.
TProduction begins using the confirmed existing mold and approved product specifications. Quality control covers three stages described in the process:
Incoming Parts → In-Process Inspection → Final Test
The document lists an approximate production delivery time of 25–35 days.

Develop a New Product Around Your Concept
ODM is intended for projects that require a new and more exclusive product design.
The development process begins with your target market, price range, preferred shape, size, color, materials, functions, and brand identity. Our engineering team then evaluates technical feasibility before moving into 3D design, tooling, T1/T2 samples, revisions, and production.
Best suited for:
Customize product colors, surface finishes, textures, decorative details, and selected exterior elements to better match your brand positioning and market style.
Apply your logo and brand identity through suitable printing, laser marking, product graphics, labels, manuals, and coordinated packaging elements.
Adjust structural details, dimensions, ergonomics, component layout, and exterior form when ODM development is required for differentiation.
Customize temperature settings, display options, memory functions, auto shut-off, control interfaces, and other selected features based on product feasibility.
Configure voltage, plug type, cord specifications, and related electrical requirements according to the destination market and selected product platform.
Select suitable housing materials, coatings, plate surfaces, decorative treatments, and finish combinations to balance appearance, usability, and product positioning.
Add nozzles, diffusers, brushes, combs, storage bags, mats, gloves, and accessories according to product type and market needs.
Coordinate retail boxes, inner trays, manuals, labels, inserts, gift packaging, and shipping cartons to create a more complete market-ready presentation.
Not every project needs to begin with a completely new mold. If an existing product already meets your main functional requirements, OEM can provide a more direct route for branding, packaging, and selected configuration changes.
If your project depends on a new shape, new structure, new materials, or distinctive functionality, ODM provides the development route needed to move from product requirements into new tooling and production. The goal is to choose the level of development that matches the actual product rather than adding unnecessary development stages.
